Do you terminate VoIP calls to all countries?

Yes, we are focus in USA if you need to dial to other countries. You may contact us at support@cdsportal.net describing the country code and volume.

Do you provide DID for call Origination?

Yes, we can provide DID for any state in USA as well as Toll free numbers.

Is there a minimum monthly commitment?

No, there is no time commitment whatsoever.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can.

Is there a minimum deposit requirement?

The minimum amount you can start with is USD $10.00

How can I get my password?

When you register in our site you will be provided with a card alias# which you can use as your web login as well as your email address along with your password.

How can I configure my account?

After you successfully activate you account you need to click on SIP/IAX INFO, select the protocol you are using (SIP or IAX) then copy and paste the information in your sip.conf or iax.conf. If you are using Free PBX copy this information in trunks configuration.

How do you bill for services?

We bill on USA: 6 second increments.

How can i trust in you billing platform?

For us the most important is keep our business integrity, with our billing platform you will see in Real time what you are consuming, the cost of each call, the time, when the call was made, you can have detailed reports based on any desired interval of time, you will see by yourself what we charge is what we said You can view you entire CDR (Call Detail Record)as well as your remaining funds.

Is your service strictly prepay?

Yes. Of course, for large scale customers we can negotiate convenient terms with and extend credit.

Payments

How do I make payments?

You can pay using paypal or wire transfer. For wire transfer details please contact us at support@cdsportal.net.

How is my payment processed?

Securely on PayPal's servers. They are the largest and most trusted company for handling online transaction.

Do you store my credit card information on CDS servers?

No. CDS does no store any credit card info, everything is handled by Paypal. PayPal does not share your credit card or banking information when you make a payment.

What do you do with my personal information?

This is only for CDS use.
